Co-Investment under Revenue Uncertainty Based on Stochastic Coalitional Game Theory

The introduction of new services, such as Mobile Edge Computing (MEC), requires a massive investment that cannot be assumed by a single stakeholder, for instance the Infrastructure Provider (InP).
